HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? 
Choose a city, pick a product, select a quantity and prepare for delivery.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
All deliveries are on demand within 1 hour of placing the order. If you select for Same Day Delivery or Next Day Delivery you will be contacted shortly after placing the order. *Note:On Demand Delivery times can vary based on peak hours.

WILL I RECEIVE STATUS UPDATES? 
Yes. Once you've completed your order you will receive an email confirmation. A text notification will be sent out letting you know that the order is on its way. The driver will then call you when they've arrived.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? 
You can always make changes to your order prior to check out. Once you have checked out, all orders are final.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER? 
We can deliver anywhere in Washington DC!

WHAT IF I DON'T LIVE IN DC? 
That's fine. We can coordinate a delivery with you inside the DC boundaries. You can also find some of our recommendations here.

WHAT WILL I NEED FOR DELIVERY? 
Please make sure that you have your phone on you and a valid photo ID.

DO I NEED TO BE 21+ TO ORDER? 
Yes.

WHAT PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED? 
We accept all major credit cards.

CAN I TIP MY DRIVER? 
Yes. Although it is not required we recommend leaving a tip upon placing an order.

IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE? 
The delivery fee is $5.

WHAT IF I MISS MY DELIVERY? 
We will be more than happy to reschedule your delivery however a $5 re-delivery fee will apply. You can also find a full reference to our updated policy here.

WHAT IS THE LATEST TIME I CAN PLACE AN ON-DEMAND ORDER? 
We stop taking on demand and same day delivery orders at 9:50pm daily.
